Policies
If the file is sent after 9 p.m. I will consider it to have been sent the next day at 8 a.m.
If your transcript is greater than 200 pages, please send it to me 50 pages at a time to ensure quick turnaround.
Billing
I will send new-client invoices upon completion of the first job. Future invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month. Balances not paid within 14 days will incur a 10 percent late fee.
Special Conditions
The following conditions will increase the per-page rate by $ .10:
– Expert testimony
– Extensive medical terminology
– Transcripts requiring extensive correction. While I don’t expect an error-free transcript, the more errors there are on a page, the harder it is to ensure a perfect transcript.
